5 LAYER ALUMINISED FIRE ENTRY SUIT ( COAT, PANT, HOOD, GLOVES, BOOT)

A.Coat/Jacket: with front Zip fastening arrangement with overlapping flap with Velcro,high protective collar with throat guard and Velcro tightening
Arrangement ,The sleeves are provided with elasticwrist,fingerloops .The Coat is provided with pouch for BA set protection at the back.
B.Pant/Trousr: It is provided with suspenders for fit adjustment with quick release snap buttons.It is provided with zipper and Velcro overlapping at fork area.Fastening
arranagement is provided at the bottom.
C.Hood: The hood is provided with two layer visor .Inner layer is clear and outer layer is polycarbonate gold plated reflective visor for better heat rflection.Hood is fitted with EN443 and CE certified fireman helmet
D.Hand Gloves are provided with additional para aramid layer at palm and finger areas for mechanical protection,14” long, fastening arrangement at cuff area
E.Boot: it is made of two parts. One is inner safety shoes which are a very good heat and chemical resistant sole, toe cap and waterproof leather and upper cover made from aluminised fabric with press button arrangement at the ankle and bottom area
The five layers of the suit should be as
1.Outer layer: It is made up of paraoxidised and para aramide aluminized fabric tested and certified to EN11612 with rating A1B1C3D3E3and F1 which will be excellent thermal, radiant, convective and contact heat protection
2.Second layer: Moisture Barrier with ePTFE membrane
3.Third Layer: Thermal Barrier with Woolen felt
4.Fourth Layer: Thermal Barrier with woolen felt
5.Inner most layer: Soft antiscratch/anti eatching fire retardant fabric
